Day Trip: Choose your own Milwaukee Adventure

It’s a day that is three years in the making! The co-op trip groups will start at Hazel’s Diner in Hebron for breakfast consisting of eggs, sausage, pancakes and potatoes, then we will split into two groups for our own Milwaukee adventure! Registration deadline: February 12 (spaces permitting). Transportation provided via Park District van. Select one of the following:
Lucky Leap Day
Potawatomi Casino goers will be treated like royalty with a complementary $10 voucher for play and $10 meal voucher. Spend four hours pressing your luck at the beautiful casino and try your hand at Bingo, table games, Poker and Slots. (Min/Max: 3/6).
Hop on the Museum Bus
Milwaukee Art Museum goers will go on a one-hour docent lead tour then have time to roam the museum, eat at the café and enjoy the beautiful architecture of this amazing building. Extensive walking involved with this trip.
Registration for this program/event begins at 9:00am on 12/7 for residents and 12/14 for non-residents.
Trip Policies & Cancellations
Suggested Ages for Trips
Adult/Active trips are appropriate for anyone ages 18 and over.
Mature Adult trips are most appropriate for ages 55 and up, but all adults are welcome.
Pick-up/Drop-off Times
Pick-up/drop-off location is at the Park District Fitness and Recreation Center – lobby unless otherwise noted. Departure times are set and abided by. If changes occur, participants will be notified by phone. Return times may vary depending on traffic or weather conditions; we make every attempt to return by the designated time.
Refunds
Refunds are only given under the following conditions:
1: The trip is cancelled by the Barrington Park District.
2: The person asking for a refund finds a replacement for the trip.
3: The Park District has a waiting list and is able to sell your ticket.
If we have not met our registration minimum by the deadline date (if one is listed), then the trip will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued. All payments are required in full at time of registration. Please notify the Park District in advance if any special ADA or dietary accommodations are needed for the trip.
