Day Trip: Progressive Lunch in Lake Geneva

Experience Lake Geneva’s cuisine as we stop at three restaurants for a progressive lunch. Appetizers will be at the famous Popeye’s serving pretzel bites, cheese curds and nachos. Next we will have lunch at Foleys. Please choose your entree of shepherd’s pie or corned beef and cabbage at the time of registration. Carrots, bread and soup or salad are inlcuded with the meal. We will finish our samplings at Lake City Social for dessert. All food, tax, tip is included in the fee. Following our lunch, you will have time for shopping in downtown Lake Geneva. Considerable walking is involved with this trip. Registration Deadline: August 10
(spaces permitting). Transportation provided via Park District van.
Registration for this program/event begins at 9:00am on 4/4 for residents and 4/11 for non-residents.
Trip Policies & Cancellations
Suggested Ages for Trips
Adult/Active trips are appropriate for anyone ages 18 and over.
Mature Adult trips are most appropriate for ages 55 and up, but all adults are welcome.
Pick-up/Drop-off Times
Pick-up/drop-off location is at the Park District Fitness and Recreation Center – lobby unless otherwise noted. Departure times are set and abided by. If changes occur, participants will be notified by phone. Return times may vary depending on traffic or weather conditions; we make every attempt to return by the designated time.
Refunds
Refunds are only given under the following conditions:
1: The trip is cancelled by the Barrington Park District.
2: The person asking for a refund finds a replacement for the trip.
3: The Park District has a waiting list and is able to sell your ticket.
If we have not met our registration minimum by the deadline date (if one is listed), then the trip will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued. All payments are required in full at time of registration. Please notify the Park District in advance if any special ADA or dietary accommodations are needed for the trip.
